DALLAS, Texas— Bishop T.D. Jakes of The Potter's House and CEO of MegaFest 2013 was joined by the Mayor of Dallas Mike Rawlings on Wednesday for a press conference to kickoff the three-day inspirational festival that the popular megachurch pastor says will be a "celebration of relationships."
