Former megachurch pastor and controversial Christian author Rob Bell is celebrating his 43rd birthday by rallying supporters to join him in topping funds raised by the likes of celebrities such as Alyssa Milano and Depeche Mode by pooling together $43,000 to help provide more than 800 million people around the world living without clean water.
