Diplomatic spat between India and Pakistan worsens amid border tensions-[Reuters]-By Syed Raza Hassan and Douglas Busvine-November 2, 2016-YAHOONEWS
ISLAMABAD/NEW DELHI (Reuters) - Pakistan may expel five Indian diplomats for espionage and has revealed their names, local media said on Wednesday, a move sure to exacerbate a rift between the nuclear-armed South Asian neighbors that has been widening for months.Pakistan declined to comment on the matter ahead of a planned news conference on Thursday, while India said the identity of eight of its diplomats had been revealed by Pakistani media.Vikas Swarup, spokesman of the Indian Ministry of External Affairs, declined to comment when asked whether the eight diplomats stationed in Islamabad would be withdrawn.Swarup also said six Pakistani diplomats had left the Indian capital on Wednesday but said they had not been expelled.Last week India ordered one employee of the Pakistani embassy, known as a High Commission, to leave the country on suspicion of espionage, triggering the expulsion of one of its own envoys by Islamabad.The diplomatic spat comes after months of sharply deteriorating relations that began with civil unrest in Indian-controlled Kashmir and Pakistan's global lobbying against New Delhi's crackdown on the Kashmiri activists.In September a group of gunmen killed 19 Indian soldiers at an army camp in Kashmir, an attack India blamed on Pakistan-based militants.India said it had carried out "surgical strikes" inside Pakistan as retribution, but Islamabad denied they even took place and accused New Delhi of fabrication to distract attention from its crackdown on the protests in the part of Kashmir it controls.Artillery duels and skirmishing along the disputed frontier that runs through Kashmir have escalated in recent days, leading India to summon the Pakistani deputy high commissioner on Wednesday to express its "grave concern and strong protest".In a statement, the Indian Ministry of External Affairs accused Pakistan of violations of a 2003 ceasefire that have caused several fatalities and injuries among its civilians and security forces.New Delhi also protested against the alleged mutilation of the body of an Indian soldier by an attacker who escaped across the Line of Control after "committing this heinous crime".Both sides typically refute the other's version of events. On Wednesday the press wing of the Pakistani military said India had committed 178 ceasesfire violations this year, killing 19 civilians and injuring 80 more.(Writing by Drazen Jorgic and Douglas Busvine; Editing by Gareth Jones)
Syria rebels reject Russian demand to withdraw from Aleppo - rebel official-[Reuters]-November 2, 2016-YAHOONEWS
BEIRUT (Reuters) - Syrian rebels on Wednesday rejected Russian demands that they withdraw from Aleppo by Friday evening, an official in one insurgent faction said."This is completely out of the question. We will not give up the city of Aleppo to the Russians and we won't surrender," Zakaria Malahifji of the Fastaqim rebel group told Reuters.Russia's defence ministry said rebels and civilians would be allowed to leave the eastern opposition-held part of Aleppo and signalled it would extend a moratorium on air strikes inside the city.However, Malahifji said there were no safe exit corridors, as Russia had stated."It's not true. Civilians and fighters are not leaving. Civilians are afraid of the regime, they don't trust it. And the fighters are not surrendering," he said.(Reporting by John Davison; Editing by Louise Ireland)

Italian earthquakes reshape region, lower land-[Reuters]-November 2, 2016-YAHOONEWS
ROME (Reuters) - A series of earthquakes that rocked central Italy last week reshaped more than 600 square km (230 square miles) of land, lowering areas around the epicenter by up to 70 cm (28 inches), according to data released on Monday.Earthquakes measuring 5.5 and 6.1 hit the area on Oct. 26, followed by a 6.6 magnitude quake on Oct. 30, the biggest tremor to strike Italy for 36 years.Although no one died in the multiple quakes, dozens of buildings collapsed and Italy's National Institute for Geophysics and Volcanology (INGV) said satellite data showed significant changes to the surrounding land formation.The INGV said territory around the town of Castelluccio di Norcia, which is famous for its lentils, bore the brunt of the tremor, with huge horizontal scars opening up on the surrounding mountains and land levels collapsing by up to 70 cm.Much of the town is now out of bounds with approach roads ripped up by the force of the quakes.The area was hit by an initial earthquake on Aug. 24, which killed 300 people most of them in the nearby town of Amatrice. Since then, the INGV said some 21,600 aftershocks had battered the region, driving most residents from their homes.(Reporting by Crispian Balmer; Editing by Alison Williams)

ROMANS 1:18-32
18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;
19 Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them.
20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:
21 Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.
22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,
23 And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.
24 Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:(HOMOSEXUALITY,AND ALL SEX SINS)

GENESIS 1:27-28

28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply,(HAVE LOTS OF CHILDREN) and replenish the earth,(HOMOSEXUALS CAN NOT REPLENISH THE EARTH WITH CHILDREN)(BY HAVING SEX WITH EACH OTHER) and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.
GENESIS 2:21-24
21 And the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof;
22 And the rib, which the LORD God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man.
23 And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man.
24 Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.
MATTHEW 19:4-6
4 And he answered and said unto them, Have ye not read, that he which made them at the beginning made them male and female,
5 And said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh?
6 Wherefore they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.
Unconventional Panel: Is it hateful not to use gender-neutral pronouns?-[CBC]-November 2, 2016-YAHOONEWS
The debate over political correctness in the classroom is brewing across Alberta and Canada.A University of Toronto professor is being accused of hate speech for refusing to use gender-neutral pronouns — such as "ze" or "zu" on campus — saying they are not part of the English language.And a recent internal document from the Alberta Teachers' Association (ATA) suggests teachers should refer to students as "comrades" rather than girls and boys to be more inclusive.- As attitudes towards gender shift, should our language too? Leave your comments below.That was the question debated by this week's Unconventional Panel — George Brookman, Anila Lee Yuen and Shelley Youngblut. The following is an edited version of their conversation on the Calgary Eyeopener.Is it hateful to refuse to use genderless pronouns? George: "You can wake up every single day and decide if you want to be offended or not," said the CEO of West Canadian Industries."We're losing our minds in this country. Calling someone a 'she' or a 'he' is not a hate speech."Anila: "It is if it is not how they identify."George: "Gimme a break. This world has bigger issues than this to deal with."Should teachers call their students 'comrades' to be more inclusive? Shelley: "The whole thing around this is just learning and just opening up the conversation and giving us some parameters," said the general director of Wordfest."Just because someone identifies as neither boy nor girl, neither blue nor pink, doesn't in anyway hurt people who do."Anila: "Our language evolves. When we don't have a word, we borrow it from another language. Like entrepreneur or boondocks — we say people are from the boonies or I live in the boonies and that's from the Philippines ... so it's about evolving our language," said the CEO for the Centre for Newcomers-George: "No question. And our society is evolving and we are far more tolerant than my parents were — and that's the way we should be. But this idea that ... somebody's going to get sued or lose their job because they're referring to someone as he or she, it's insanity. We're losing our minds."With files from the Calgary Eyeopener.

Murder convictions to stand for Shafia trio who killed four family members-[The Canadian Press]-November 2, 2016-YAHOONEWS
TORONTO — A father, mother and son found guilty in the drowning deaths of three teenaged sisters and another woman who had apparently shamed the family lost their bid Wednesday to overturn their first-degree murder convictions.In unanimously rejecting an appeal by the Shafia family members, Ontario's top court ruled among things that expert evidence on so-called honour killings had been properly admitted at their trial and the son was properly tried as an adult."Honour was a recurrent theme of discussions among the appellants after the deaths of the deceased," the Court of Appeal for Ontario said in its decision.Mohammad Shafia, his wife Tooba Yahya, and their son Hamed Shafia — immigrants originally from Afghanistan — were jointly convicted of murder in 2012.They were arrested three weeks after the victims — Zainab Shafia, 19, Sahar Shafia, Geeti Shafia, 13, and Rona Amir Mohammad, 58 — were found in a submerged car at the Kingston Mills locks near Kingston, Ont. Autopsies found they had drowned.At trial, the accused argued unsuccessfully that the deaths were accidental. Despite a lack of eyewitness testimony, the prosecution maintained the deaths were planned and deliberate, even if the exact role each accused played was unclear.Evidence heard at trial included various statements the accused made before and after the deaths.For example, on police-installed listening devices, Mohammad Shafia was heard making derogatory comments about his daughters for dating, and accused them of shaming the family with their behaviour. He also referred to them as "whores.""We lost our honour," Shafia said at one point. "They betrayed us immensely. They violated us immensely. There can be no betrayal, no treachery, no violation more than this."A key prosecution witness was Shahzrad Mojab, a professor at the University of Toronto and an expert on honour killings. Among five grounds raised on appeal, the Shafias argued that allowing her evidence was prejudicial.Writing for the Appeal Court, Justice David Watt said Mojab's testimony was essential to the jury's ability to understand and evaluate other key evidence.Shafia, Watt said, repeatedly voiced his displeasure about how his dead daughters had dishonoured the family."The notion of honour and of killing another person motivated by besmirched honour originated with Shafia, not with Dr. Mojab," Watt said. "Recall Shafia's diatribe about the importance of honour."Hamed Shafia also argued for the first time on appeal that he was too young to be tried as an adult and should have been tried separately.However, various documents the family used before and after immigrating to Canada in 2007 noted his date of birth as Dec. 31, 1990, which made him 18 when his sisters died. He argued new evidence showed he was actually 17 at the time, saying an ID issued by the Afghanistan government and other documents supported his contention.The Appeal Court found no reason to allow the evidence, which it said was not compelling, and that doing so would not serve the interests of justice."When the deceased were killed, Hamed was not a 'young person'," the court concluded. "He was an adult, properly joined with his parents in a joint trial."Mohammad Shafia, a successful businessman, married Yahya in Afghanistan in 1988. Rona Amir, his first wife, could not have children but was close to the girls, who knew her as an aunt.The Appeal Court rejected Yahya's claims the trial judge made legal errors in characterizing her involvement in the killings when charging the jury."Charitably put, the evidence of guilt was overwhelming," Watt said.Colin Perkel, The Canadian Press
Merkel accuses Syrian government of 'crimes against humanity'-[Reuters]-November 2, 2016-YAHOONEWS
BERLIN (Reuters) - German Chancellor Angela Merkel on Wednesday accused Syrian government troops of committing "crimes against humanity" that could not be overlooked.Human rights groups and Western countries have previously accused Syria's army, backed by Russia's air force, of targeting hospitals, bakeries and other civilian areas when bombarding rebel areas, including eastern Aleppo."The use of barrel bombs and incendiary bombs, and even chemical weapons, is not being shied away from," Merkel said as she received the Seoul Peace Prize in Berlin."The civilian population is being starved, medical institutes are being attacked, doctors are dying and hospitals are being destroyed," she said, adding that not even United Nations aid convoys were safe from bombardment."These are serious crimes against humanity. We mustn't overlook that," Merkel said.On Tuesday, a U.N. human rights spokeswoman said all sides fighting over the Syrian city of Aleppo may be committing war crimes through indiscriminate attacks in civilian areas.The U.N. Human Rights Council said late last month it would identify the perpetrators of war crimes in Aleppo, and it launched a special inquiry into the use of starvation and air strikes there.Merkel also urged Europeans to think about crises further afield. On North Korea's nuclear program and tensions in the East and South China Sea, she said: "Everyone involved has a duty to stick to the internationally agreed rules and to cooperate."(Reporting by Andreas Rinke; Writing by Michelle Martin; Editing by Hugh Lawson)
Ukraine rebuilds navy, with U.S. help, to counter Russian build-up in Crimea-[Reuters]-By Margaryta Chornokondratenko-November 2, 2016-YAHOONEWS
KIEV (Reuters) - Ukraine is refitting and expanding its naval fleet, including repairing its flagship, the frigate "Hetman Sahaydachnyy", to counter a Russian military build-up in the annexed territory of Crimea, the commander of the Ukrainian navy says.The upgrade will be helped by $30 million worth of U.S. aid, part of a $500 million package from Washington for the Ukrainian military which Kiev expects to receive next year."Step by step we will rebuild our fleet from the beginning," Vice Admiral Ihor Voronchenko told Reuters in an interview."Our capacities in terms of quality will be better that the ones which remained in Crimea."Ukraine lost two-thirds of its fleet, which had been mostly based in Sevastopol, when Russia seized Crimea from Kiev in 2014. Since then it has fought Russian-backed separatists in the Donbass region in a war that has killed nearly 10,000 people.Before the Russian annexation, Moscow leased facilities from the Ukrainian state to house its Black Sea Fleet, which has been based in Crimea for more than two centuries. Those facilities, mainly around Sevastopol, are now being expanded.Russia has started a programme to militarise Crimea, including resurrecting Soviet-built facilities, building new bases and stationing soldiers there, according to a Reuters Special Report.When Russia seized Crimea, Ukraine stopped the "Hetman Sahaydachnyy", the landing ship "Yuriy Olifirenko", the missile boat "Pryluky" and some gunboats from falling into Russian hands."We just started repairing works at our flagship," Voronchenko said.Two new gunboats are almost ready for service "and I am sure we will receive four more boats in July next year," he said.The navy also plans to have a new Corvette warship and a new missile boat by 2020.Other measures by Ukraine to beef up its defence include raising the level of training for navy personnel and creating new units of coastal defence troops. Part of the training is being carried out in NATO member countries Italy, France and Britain.Voronchenko said Russia was planning to turn Crimea into a "military base", installing three submarine boats, new frigates and more airborne facilities. He also said that Russian ships were experiencing technical problems."We have information, we conduct surveillance. I cannot tell you everything," he said. "But we can counter-attack all their hostile intentions. They also have problems in resources."Sergei Zgurets, Director for the Defense Express consultancy, said Ukraine's naval capacity was low and its airforce and artillery were still therefore the main defence against an attack from the sea."So we will fight against the enemy's navy forces using land and air forces," Zgurets said.Voronchenko will meet the navy chief of Romania, a European Union and NATO member, on Nov 23 to discuss possible joint actions in the Black Sea in case of Russian aggression.Relations between Ukraine and Russia deteriorated after Kremlin-backed President Viktor Yanukovich was ousted by street protests in February 2014, which lit the fuse for the annexation of Crimea and the outbreak of separatist fighting elsewhere.(Writing by Matthias Williams; Editing by Angus MacSwan)
France moves Calais child migrants, says Britain to take hundreds more-[Reuters]-By Pascal Rossignol-November 2, 2016-YAHOONEWS
CALAIS, France (Reuters) - France moved more than 1,600 child migrants from the site of a demolished camp to reception centres across the country on Wednesday, and said Britain would be giving refuge to several hundred of them.French authorities transferred more than 5,000 other migrants last week before bulldozers moved in to raze the sprawl of ramshackle shacks and tents nicknamed the "Jungle" by its inhabitants.But hundreds of unaccompanied children were left behind. They have been sheltered in converted shipping containers on a site on the edge of the flattened camp as France and Britain squabbled over who should take them in.Many of them teenagers from war-ravaged Afghanistan and Sudan's Darfur region, they bade farewell to companions and charity workers before boarding awaiting buses.The children's plight triggered a diplomatic row between Paris and London, with tensions intensifying in recent days after President Francois Hollande pressed Britain to accept its share of responsibility for the minors.British officials demanded France take better care of them.Interior Minister Bernard Cazeneuve told parliament that Britain had agreed in negotiations to take in "several hundred" of the child migrants. An interior ministry source said these were on top of the more than 300 minors Britain had taken in between Oct. 10 and last week's operation to dismantle the camp."The challenge now is to implement the terms of the agreement we concluded with the British," Cazeneuve said.-"INHUMANE CONDITIONS"-A spokesman for the Pas-de-Calais region said 1,616 children were moved out on Wednesday. Many had been desperate to reach Britain, which lies tantalisingly close across a narrow stretch of sea, saying they have relatives there."We don't want to go to the bus, we want to go to England only. England, no France," said one Afghan teenager.European Union rules say Britain must take in unaccompanied children who have family ties. Britain has also made a wider commitment to taking in vulnerable migrant children under the so-called Dubs amendment passed in parliament this year.David Jones, junior minister in charge of Britain's exit from the EU, told a parliamentary committee on Tuesday that there had been a pause in the process of admitting children while the camp was closed."We anticipate that that will recommence later this week," the minister said.The United Nations' Committee on the Rights of the Child criticised both governments for disregarding the child migrants' best interests."Hundreds of children have been subjected to inhumane living conditions," the committee said in a statement.Faced with an uncertain future, the child migrants received coloured bracelets marked with the number of the bus they would be travelling on but no choice over its destination.Dozens of British Home (Interior) Office officials, including Border Force staff, were in Calais on Wednesday and will visit the 60 temporary housing centres dedicated to unaccompanied children to assess their asylum requests.The Calais camp came to symbolise Europe's fraught efforts to cope with a record influx of migrants fleeing war and poverty in Asia, the Middle East and Africa.Hollande this week promised Calais residents the migrants would not return, and on Wednesday the prefect of the Pas-de Calais region said even the container park would be dismantled.Charity workers criticised the plans to remove the shipping container site."We fear many of the adolescents will come back to Calais. How will the state look after them? Will they be left to sleep in the street?," said Christian Salome, head of the Auberge des Migrants charity.(Additional reporting by Matthias Blamont and Brian Love in Paris, Tom Miles in Geneva and William James in London; Writing by Richard Lough Editing by Jeremy Gaunt)

AL-KHAZER, Iraq (Reuters) - Whenever members of Islamic State's Mosul vice squad find a woman without gloves, they pull out a pair of pliers.What follows is just one of a wide range of punishments that the group - known in Arabic by its enemies as Daesh - metes out in its northern Iraqi stronghold."Daesh would squeeze the pliers on the skin of the woman hard," said Firdos, a 15-year-old girl who has fled from the city in the last week.Firdos managed to escape such treatment herself, but she told Reuters that Islamic State has more ways of enforcing one of the many rules of its moral code - that women must not show their bare hands in public."The other penalty was we (women) would be whipped for not wearing gloves," Firdos said in Al-Khazer, a town taken by Kurdish forces as part of an Iraqi offensive to regain Mosul.She, like others who have fled Islamic State's grip, declined to give her last name for fear of reprisals against relatives still in Mosul, about 27 km (17 miles) away.When Islamic State captured Iraq's second largest city in 2014, it promised that anyone who joined the Sunni militants' cause would eventually earn a place in paradise.It also told the people of predominantly Sunni Mosul it would eliminate Nuri al-Maliki, a Shi'ite who was then Iraqi prime minister and widely accused of sectarian policies.This message appealed to some Sunnis, members of a minority which had dominated before the fall of dictator Saddam Hussein in 2003 and who now complain they are marginalized by the government led by the majority Shi'ites.But residents who have recently fled Islamic State's last stronghold in Iraq say life quickly became unbearable in the city of about two million.Men had to wear beards to lengths it saw as Islamic. Women had to cover up from head to toe. Sometimes their husbands would be whipped in their place for violations.No one was allowed to leave Mosul without special permission and former residents said they feared being shot if they were caught trying to escape.-REPUBLIC OF FEAR-None of the people interviewed by Reuters said they had seen public executions by shooting or beheadings, Islamic State's favorite method of creating mass terror.But everyone knew they took place because the jihadists spread the word. This appeared to be straight out of the handbook of the "Republic of Fear", Saddam's former state built on cruelty, retribution and extreme violence.More than a decade after Saddam's overthrow by the U.S.-led invasion, some of his former intelligence officers are senior members and strategists for Islamic State, according to Iraqi security officials.Every Friday, the militants force people to go to mosques in Mosul to hear their sermons. Two years ago, Islamic State's chief Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi declared himself the leader of all Muslims from a pulpit in the city, and the sermons remind residents that his words are sacred.Islamic State also uses mosques to urge people to take up their cause and strike against what it called all enemies of Islam; from Maliki and his fellow Shi'ites to other Arab leaders, Israel and the United States.Anyone who agreed to wage holy war was sent for training in neighboring Syria, part of its self-declared caliphate."I spoke to several people who went to Syria. They learned about strapping on suicide belts and beheading people," said Abdul Kadir, one of the escapees who are sheltering in tents at a camp in Al-Khazer."They were there for three months or so. Some were young. Ten-year-old boys. Some were 15. Some of these people rejected all this but they had to pretend they supported Daesh or face consequences."Late one night, Islamic State raided his home, blindfolded him and threw him into a prison once run by Saddam's security forces. After four days he appeared in a courtroom overflowing with detainees. His crime was trying to make ends meet by selling cigarettes.The Islamic State judge showed no compassion."He asked me why I sell cigarettes. He said they are against Islam. I told him I was desperate to make a living because there were no jobs," said Abdul Kadir, who was kept blindfolded throughout his ordeal."He said 'take him away and whip him 55 times'. It was with a leather whip ... I could not get out of bed for three days."-ONCE DIVERSE CITY-Life under Islamic State was a far cry from the past, when communities lived side-by-side in the diverse trading city of Mosul. Besides the Sunni Arab majority, it had a large number of Christians, predominantly Assyrians. Kurds, Turkmens, Yazidis and Armenians made up the rest of the population. Most of the minority communities have fled.Islamic State demolished shrines, mosques and churches and posted images of the destruction on internet sites.Along with the terror came growing hardship. Many people lost their jobs as the local economy deteriorated.Suleiman, 62, told Reuters he was at work when Islamic State arrived in Mosul. Returning to his neighborhood, he came face-to-face with militants dressed in traditional Pakistani clothes - a reminder of the group's ability to recruit far and wide.Soon, he was struggling to survive financially. "The money ran out eventually for a lot of people. Yet Daesh was squeezing everyone. You used to pay 500 dinars for a medical card. With them it was 2,000," he said."The doctors charged a lot and the money went to them. Or they would tell you to give to charity under Islam and then gave the money to their relatives."Like many others, Suleiman was caught up in the struggle that pitted the militants against the Iraqi army and its Western allies. An airstrike hit his home but Islamic State offered little compensation. "My house collapsed and all they offered me was 30 kg of wheat," he said.A few tents away, Sahar Abed said she wanted to forget the hardship. "People were selling their cans of gasoline. I had to sell some of my clothes," she said, as an aid worker took down names of the displaced.Iraqi and Kurdish officials say that some Mosul residents have taken up arms against Islamic State recently, driven by discontent and encouraged by the advance of Iraqi forces, who have taken nearby villages and reached a section of Mosul.History suggests the militants will respond to any discontent with brutality, especially after losing control of the cities of Falluja and Ramadi this year.They have rigged Mosul with explosives and built elaborate tunnels, all of which could slow advances, leaving the population at their mercy."About a week ago we heard shooting at two in the morning. It was people who killed jihadists," said Abu Said, also displaced at the camp."In these situations Daesh rounds a bunch of people up and makes an example out of them. They took people from their homes and made them watch two men lying on their stomach in the street while a car ran them over."(editing by David Stamp)
Clinton and Trump's tightening race causes market jitters-[Reuters]-By Amanda Becker and Emily Stephenson-November 2, 2016-YAHOONEWS
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla./MIAMI (Reuters) - As Democrat Hillary Clinton and Republican Donald Trump pushed their closing arguments ahead of next week's U.S. presidential election, financial markets were rattled on Wednesday by opinion polls showing a tightening White House race.While most national polls still favour Clinton to win, she has lost the comfortable lead she held late last month and investors are starting to factor in the possibility that the New York businessman might pull off a victory on Nov. 8.World stocks, the dollar and oil fell on Wednesday, while safe-haven assets such as gold and the Swiss franc rose as investors showed nerves over the tightening race."The lead up to the U.S. presidential election was always expected to be lively but the events of the last couple of days have seriously taken their toll on investor sentiment," said Craig Erlam, senior market analyst at Oanda foreign exchange company in London.Investor anxiety has deepened in recent sessions over a possible Trump victory given uncertainty about his stance on issues including foreign policy, trade relations and immigrants. Clinton is viewed by markets as a candidate of the status quo.Trump, who has never previously run for elected office, has run an unorthodox campaign, with policy proposals including reviewing trade pacts such as the North American Free Trade Agreement and building a wall along the border with Mexico.Currency traders have sold the dollar this week in part because they suspect Trump would prefer a weaker dollar given his protectionist stance on international trade, and in part because the uncertainty surrounding a Trump win might lead to a more dovish stance from the Fed in the months ahead.A Reuters equity market poll last month showed a majority of forecasters predicted that U.S. stocks would perform better under a Clinton presidency than a Trump administration.U.S. stocks were also lower on Wednesday afternoon after the Federal Reserve, in its last policy decision before the election, kept interest rates unchanged but signalled it could hike in December.Clinton's narrowing lead over Trump since early last week could include negative fallout from the re-emergence of a controversy over her use of a private email server, instead of a government one, when she was U.S. secretary of state.An average of polls compiled by the RealClearPolitics website showed Clinton just 1.7 percent ahead of Trump nationally on Wednesday, with 47 percent support to his 45.3 percent.Clinton's position is stronger than national polls imply given that the race is decided by the Electoral College system of tallying wins from the states. Some 270 electoral votes are needed to win and Democrats have a built-in advantage, with large states such as California and New York traditionally voting Democratic.Clinton looked likely to win at least 226 electoral votes, leaving her needing 44 votes to pick up from the 132 votes at stake in "toss-up" states such as Florida, North Carolina, Virginia, Ohio, Iowa, Arizona, Colorado and Nevada, according to estimates by RealClearPolitics on Wednesday afternoon.Trump, on the other hand, has a steeper path to climb, looking likely to win 180 electoral votes and so needing 90 of the 132 votes from the current battleground states, the website showed.Both candidates are focussing their final campaign efforts on those crucial states.-FOCUS ON BATTLEGROUNDS-Clinton has been spending a lot of time in Florida, which yields a rich haul of 29 electoral votes. In a tight race there, the RealClearPolitics average of polls from Florida put Trump one point ahead of Clinton on Wednesday."No state is more important, and it's close," a Clinton aide told reporters on Tuesday. "It's a state that Trump has to win ... we don't believe he has any path without Florida."Clinton's campaign says it has always expected a close race, and for polls to tighten further in its final days, independent of the announcement last Friday of a renewed FBI review of emails that might pertain to her use of a private email server.On Wednesday and Thursday, Clinton was set to campaign in Nevada, a swing state, and Arizona, a traditional Republican stronghold that the campaign believes Clinton can win this year.Trump, holding events in Florida on Wednesday, told a rally in Miami he was winning in opinion polls in the state but urged the crowd to act as though he was behind. “Don’t believe it, don’t believe it get out there and vote. Pretend we’re slightly behind,” Trump said.Trump hit many of the same themes he has hammered all week, saying Clinton is dishonest and would be swamped by investigations if she won the White House.His closing argument includes promises to roll back regulation, beef up immigration rules and root out wrongdoing in Washington by cracking down on lobbying.On Tuesday, he used the first day of the annual sign-up period for coverage under the Affordable Care Act to criticise President Barack Obama's signature healthcare law, vowing that if elected he would ask lawmakers to start working on a plan to replace it even before the Jan. 20 inauguration.Obama, an energetic campaigner for Clinton, defended her and criticized the FBI announcement on new emails in an interview aired on Wednesday.(Additional reporting by Doina Chiacu in Washington, Jamie McGeever in London, Saqib Iqbal Ahmed in New York; Writing by Frances Kerry; Editing by Alistair Bell)
U.S. militia girds for trouble as presidential election nears-[Reuters]-By Justin Mitchell and Andy Sullivan-November 2, 2016-YAHOONEWS
JACKSON, Ga. (Reuters) - Down a Georgia country road, camouflaged members of the Three Percent Security Force have mobilized for rifle practice, hand-to-hand combat training -- and an impromptu campaign rally for Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump."How many people are voting for Trump? Ooh-rah!" asks Chris Hill, a paralegal who goes by the code name "Bloodagent.""Ooh-rah!" shout a dozen militia members in response, as morning sunlight sifted through the trees last weekend.As the most divisive presidential election in recent memory nears its conclusion, some armed militia groups are preparing for the possibility of a stolen election on Nov. 8 and civil unrest in the days following a victory by Democrat Hillary Clinton.They say they won't fire the first shot, but they're not planning to leave their guns at home, either.Trump's populist campaign has energized militia members like Hill, who admire the Republican mogul's promise to deport illegal immigrants, stop Muslims from entering the country and build a wall along the Mexico border. Trump has repeatedly warned that the election may be "rigged," and has said he may not respect the results if he does not win. At least one paramilitary group, the Oath Keepers, has called on members to monitor voting sites for signs of fraud-Armed paramilitary groups first gained prominence in the early 1990s, fuelled by confrontations in Ruby Ridge, Idaho and Waco, Texas, culminating in a militia sympathizer's 1995 bombing of a federal office building in Oklahoma City that killed 168 people.Their numbers dwindled following that attack but have spiked in recent years, driven by fears that President Barack Obama will threaten gun ownership and erode the power of local government. The Southern Poverty Law Center, which tracks extremist groups, estimates there were 276 active militias last year, up from 42 in 2008.In recent years, armed groups have confronted federal authorities in a series of land-use disputes in the western United States. Federal officials fear more clashes could come after seven militants were acquitted on conspiracy charges for occupying a federal wildlife refuge in Oregon.Many fear Clinton would push the county further to the left."This is the last chance to save America from ruin," Hill said. "I'm surprised I was able to survive or suffer through eight years of Obama without literally going insane, but Hillary is going to be more of the same."-EXTREMIST GROUPS EMBOLDENED-The Oath Keepers, a prominent anti-government force that sent gun-toting members to the 2014 race riots in Ferguson, Missouri, called on members last week to monitor voting sites on election day for any signs of fraud.An hour south of Atlanta, the Three Percent Security Force started the day around the campfire, taking turns shooting automatic pistols and rifles at a makeshift target range. They whooped with approval when blasts from one member's high-powered rifle knocked down a tree.The group operates independently, but is affiliated with a national armed movement that calls for members to defend individual rights in the face of what they see as an overreaching federal government. The movement draws its name from the notion that no more than 3 percent of the American population fought in the Revolutionary War against Britain.Amid the war games, Hill weighed plans for a possible armed march on Washington if Clinton wins.He said he doesn't want his members leading the way, but they will defend the protesters if need be. His group will not hesitate to act if a President Clinton tries to disarm gun owners, he said."I will be there to render assistance to my fellow countrymen, and prevent them from being disarmed, and I will fight and I will kill and I may die in the process," said Hill, who founded the militia several years ago.Trump's candidacy has emboldened extremist groups to speak more openly about challenging the rule of law, said Ryan Lenz, a researcher at the Southern Poverty Law Center."Prior to this campaign season, these ideas were relegated to sort of the political fringe of the American political landscape," he said. "Now these ideas are legitimised."Over the past week, some prominent Trump supporters have hinted at violence."If Trump loses, I'm grabbing my musket," former Illinois Representative Joe Walsh wrote on Twitter last week. Conservative commentator Wayne Root fantasised about Clinton's death while speaking at a Trump rally in Las Vegas on Sunday.Back in Georgia, the Three Percent Security Force wrapped up rifle practice in the midday sun. They then headed further into the trees to tackle an obstacle course with loaded pistols at their sides, ready for whatever may come."We've building up for this, just like the Marines," he said. "We are going to really train harder and try to increase our operational capabilities in the event that this is the day that we hoped would never come."(Editing by Stuart Grudgings)

18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;

28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;
29 Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers,
30 Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents,
31 Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful:
32 Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.
GOD CREATED THEM MALE AND FEMALE IN MARRIAGE
GENESIS 1:27-28
27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
21 And the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof;

Canada's top diplomat to press Saudis on jailed blogger-[AFP]-November 2, 2016-YAHOONEWS
Ottawa (AFP) - Canada's Foreign Affairs Minister Stephane Dion will press Saudi Arabia's chief human rights official on jailed Saudi blogger Raif Badawi, his office said Wednesday.The foreign ministry said Dion would speak on Thursday with visiting Saudi Human Rights Commission president Bandar Bin Mohammed Al-Aiban, about "a full range of human rights issues, including the case of Saudi blogger Raif Badawi.""It is through engagement and frank dialogue that universal human rights may progress in the world, including in Saudi Arabia," Dion said in a statement.Badawi's wife Ensaf Haidar has lived in Canada as a refugee with their three children since her husband's arrest in 2012 and conviction for insulting Islam.He is serving 10 years in jail and has received 50 lashes of a 1,000-lash sentence that caused international outrage.Dion and Al-Aiban are scheduled to also participate in a round table on human rights.On Wednesday, Al-Aiban was to sit down with Canada's International Development Minister Marie-Claude-Bibeau and Minister of Status of Women Patty Hajdu and talk about "the importance of women and girls as powerful agents for change."
Mosul under Islamic State: hardship, terror and swift 'justice'-[Reuters]-By Michael Georgy-November 2, 2016-YAHOONEWS
